The main function of this product is to test metal impurities in the materiel. It is made of a  transducer and a controller. The characteristic of the transducer are high sensitivity, easily assembled,

firm and so on; The controller which is named DMD is especially designed for the  rubber  industry, it adopts multifarious digital signals processing technology, and it can effectively  distinguish the differences between  and/or among shake signals, electromagnetic disturbing  signals and metal signals.  And  it’s  completely  considered  the  circumstances  in  the event where the product  is working at a low speed (1m/min), the advantages of this product are the stable performances, strong anti-jamming capability, wrong alarms avoiding, and so on.
